First, a warm welcome. Grab a tea or coffee, settle in and meet the other women. No pressure, no awkward networking, just a friendly start.
Mindset
Kathryn goes first, the inner work. We work on your values, what’s been holding you back, and quietening that voice that keeps talking you out of it.
Marketing
Then Gini where we learn the how and why. Why showing up matters more than ever, and a gentle way to do it that fits your life, not your Instagram.
Action
Then you make it! This could be your first piece of content, there and then, with the two of us right beside you.

Who’s running it…
Kathryn Allen
Kathryn is an emotional intelligence coach in Tunbridge Wells, and the reason you’ll leave lighter than you arrived. She’s brilliant at spotting what keeps us stuck and helping being seen feel safe.
Gini Bailey
I’m Gini, the marketing half. I help solo founders stop overthinking their marketing and start sounding like themselves, doing less of it, just the right bits, in a way that suits their life.
The next workshop
Finding the right venue really matters to us, so we were delighted when Dilly offered us Willow Barn. She and her hubby are both architects and built the barn themselves, and it’s gorgeous, a log burner and cosy sofas inside, then rolling hills and a garden full of reclaimed treasures outside, so there are loads of lovely spots to film and take photos in, whatever the weather.

FAQs
Do I need any marketing experience?
None at all. If you’ve got a business and a phone, you’re ready.
I really hate being on camera. Is this still for me?
Especially for you. Nobody’s pushed into anything, and you can make photo content or a voiceover if video feels like too much.
What should I bring?
A charged phone, a notebook, and an open mind. We will be providing light snacks (fruit and flapjacks!) as well as tea and coffee. There will be breaks in the morning, but if you would like to bring lunch, then please do.
How many people will be there?
We keep the groups small, up to twelve other female business owners. We keep the groups small on purpose.
What happens if I book and can't make it?
Life happens, we get it! If you let us know at least 7 days before, we’ll give you a full refund. After that, we can’t refund, but you’re very welcome to pass your place to a friend, or move it to the next workshop.
