I’m Gini, founder of GiniB Digital and your guide inside The Marketing Mix Lab.
With over 20 years of marketing experience across FMCG, healthcare, and agencies, plus CIM Postgraduate training, I’ve built brands, launched products, and developed strategy for businesses of all sizes. I’ve also trained in social media management, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads (CPD accredited), and managed 30+ client accounts across organic and paid social.
But here’s what matters most: I’m not just a marketer who teaches. I’m a micro business owner who does. I run GiniB Digital and Scrummy Cream, which means I’m navigating the exact same challenges you are, limited time, limited budget, and the pressure of making every decision count. I don’t teach from a whiteboard. I teach from experience, and I’m still in it.

Do I need a website to take The Marketing Mix Lab?
No, we will show you how to use the tools available if you do have a website, but there are other options to get your brand noticed. There are other platforms like Google and Substack if you’re not ready for a full site yet.

Yes! There’s more to marketing your business than just social media. Together we will pick the platforms that work best for your brand, so you can just choose to use that platform (if you wish!).
How much time do I need each week?
About 1–2 hours for the lesson and the optional live call. Everything is recorded and yours to revisit.
What if I'm not techy?
You don’t need to be a whizz, but you do need access to a computer and the basics of navigating online tools. The Lab is built with beginners in mind, and we include simple toolkits and step-by-step support to help you along the way.
When will the group call be held?
The calls are a really valuable part of the Lab, so we take care to arrange them around the group.
Dates and times will be agreed together, with a mix of daytime or evening options where possible. We stay flexible throughout the 8 weeks to make sure everyone has the opportunity to attend as many sessions as possible.
