Over three months, I work one-to-one with you to build your strategy, sort your website and Google presence, and create a bank of content you can run with yourself once it’s done.

Every Launch Mix is shaped by your strategy and your ideal client, not a generic list of services, there’s no point building you a beautiful Substack if your ideal client doesn’t have time to read newsletters. So instead of locking in deliverables upfront, we agree your priorities together once we know your strategy, and spend the time on whatever will genuinely move your business forward. We’d rather under-promise and over-deliver than the other way round.
How the 3 months work
Marketing that talks to everyone talks to no one. That’s why we start with strategy, not tech, so by the time we get to the practical bits, you’re not just visible, you’re being found by the right people, and you can actually feel the difference. Enquiries that make sense. Clients who already get you before they’ve even said hello.
Here’s roughly how that unfolds over three months, though the exact mix is always led by what your strategy session uncovers.
Month 1– foundation
We start with a strategy session, so I understand your goals and your ideal client properly. Then we get your Google presence sorted, your Business Profile, Yell, the listings that mean people can actually find you.
Month 2– the tech
This is where the real work happens. A full website audit, with the amends to go with it. And we start building your evergreen content, the blog posts you’ll be glad you wrote in six months’ time.
Month 3– visibility
Your email marketing gets set up properly: sequences, list growth, the automated bits that work while you’re not thinking about them. Social media planned and set up, with a bank of ready-to-go posts waiting for you.

What exactly is The Launch Mix?
It’s a 1:1 marketing retainer, minimum three months, where I work alongside you to get your strategy, website, content, email and online presence properly set up, so you’re ready and visible everywhere your clients are looking.
How is this different from the Marketing Mix Lab?
The Lab is where you learn to do your own marketing, in a group, at your own pace. The Launch Mix is the done-for-you version, one-to-one, built around your business, with me doing the heavy lifting alongside you.
How much does it cost?
£450 a month, or £700 a month for more time and capacity each month. Both are billed monthly, with a minimum term of three months.
What will I actually get?
That depends on your strategy and your ideal client, which is the whole point. We agree your priorities together once we know what your business actually needs, so you’re not paying for things that won’t move the needle for you.
What happens after the three months?
You’ll have a marketing foundation that’s already running, and the clarity to keep it going yourself, or you can carry on working with me if you’d like the ongoing support.
