The most reliable way to get your small business marketing properly set up, without spending months learning to do it yourself, is to work with someone who builds it for you, strategy, website, content, email and your online presence, based on what your business and your ideal client actually need. That’s what a done-for-you retainer like The Launch Mix is built to do.

If your marketing is something you’re permanently meaning to get round to, you’re not alone, and it’s not because you’re disorganised. You’re brilliant at what you do. Your clients adore you. It’s marketing that’s never quite landed: a website that’s nearly finished, a content plan that lives mostly in your head, social media you post to when you remember.

That’s the gap The Launch Mix is built for.

What The Launch Mix actually is

The Launch Mix is a 1:1 marketing retainer, minimum three months, where I work alongside you to get your strategy, website, content, email and online presence properly set up. Not a course. Not a template. An actual working foundation, built around your business and your clients.

If you’ve come across the Marketing Mix Lab, here’s the difference: the Lab is where you learn to do your own marketing, in a group, at your own pace. The Launch Mix is the done-for-you version, one-to-one, with me doing the heavy lifting alongside you.

I built it after enough conversations with brilliant business owners who’d tried to sort their own marketing and didn’t need another framework to learn, they just needed someone to actually do it with them.

It’s strategy-led, not a checklist

Every Launch Mix is shaped by your strategy and your ideal client, not a generic list of services. There’s no point building you a beautiful Substack if your ideal client doesn’t have time to read newsletters. So in the discovery call, we work out what your business actually needs, and just as importantly, what it doesn’t, before we decide where the time goes.

How the three months tend to go

Month 1 – Foundations

A strategy session to get clear on your goals and your ideal client, then your Google Business Profile and key listings properly sorted.

Month 2 – Building the Engine

A full website audit and the amends to go with it, plus we start building your evergreen content bank.

Month 3 – Getting You Out There

Email marketing set up properly, social media planned, and a bank of ready-to-go posts waiting for you.

The exact mix depends on your strategy, some businesses need more website work, others need the content bank more than anything else.

Two ways to work together

The Full Mix – £450/month

Expert support across strategy, your website, content, email and your local listings.

The Full Mix: Complete – £700/month

The same expert support, with more time and capacity each month, so we can move faster, or cover more ground.

Both are billed monthly, not as one lump sum, with a minimum term of three months.

It’s already worked with these clients!

Kind Hearts Home Services

When Kind Hearts Home Services came to us, the website wasn’t doing its job and they were nowhere to be found on Google. We restructured the website, sorted the SEO, and got their Google Business Profile properly set up. They’re now a fully functioning business online, and the enquiries are coming in.

Here’s what Lyndsay, The Founder of Kind Hearts Home Services said: “I came to Gini not really knowing where to start with my online presence, and she and her team transformed it. They redesigned my Wix website with real strategic thinking, so anyone landing on it instantly understands what I do and who I help. The copy, the imagery, the way it flows, it all came together brilliantly. Gini also designed social media templates for Kind Hearts Home Services and trained me on how to use social media in a way that actually made sense for what I do. And she guided me through setting up my Google Business Profile, which I’d been putting off forever. Gini has a rare ability to get under the skin of your business and your clients. I’m really busy in the business now and I can’t recommend her enough.”

Mullan Racing

Same story, different industry. The website needed proper attention, the SEO needed sorting, and their Google Business Profile wasn’t working for them. Once it was all in place, Mullan Racing went from having an online presence in name only to actually being found, and getting enquiries because of it.
